Calls on other devices not working.

Hi all, after updating to iOS 10 and MacOS, i have found that my call on other devices doesnt work, the person can hear me but I can't hear them. I have tried hard resets and removing/adding my iCloud to see if that fixed it, but it didn't. anyone have any ideas on how to fix this, or if anyone else is having the same problem.

Hi imaxmain,

I understand that after updating your devices, you're having some trouble hearing callers when using continuity to make or receive calls on devices other than your iPhone. I know it's nice to be able to handle calls on other devices, so I'm happy to help.

To start, make sure that you've properly configured the audio output settings for your iMac. This article has some additional information:
macOS Sierra: Adjust your computer’s sound output settings

Once you've confirmed that it's configured properly, you can troubleshoot your continuity settings with this article:
Use Continuity to connect your Mac, iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, and Apple Watch - Apple Support
